If a residential quarter is still in the idea phase, the electrical installation of the apartments becomes an important part of the market positioning. The same applies to the houses of a home provider – they must be as standardized as possible and yet individually designed. Here ambihome has the necessary experience and know-how to provide you with optimum support.

Installation is child’s play and can be checked using the commissioning app: We create a complete documentation of the planning, cable pull lists and circuit diagram. All required KNX components are supplied pre-configured and parameterized.

Each residential unit receives a package with fully parameterized and labeled components that work immediately after simple installation. The same applies to the optional video door communication and the pre-assembled distribution box, which can also be integrated effortlessly.

An intuitive app is available for commissioning and function testing. Last but not least, a printable log is created, which is – and should be – available to all those involved in the construction for a uniform level of information.

The convenience of maintenance and care rounds off our service: Our reliable systems can be checked via remote maintenance. Updates, new function assignments to operating elements or extensions are possible at any time – on site if required, of course.

The optional remote access offers valuable advantages:

1. Fault analysis: We recognize whether an appliance is defective or whether it is an operating error – and thus avoid unnecessary trips.
2. System updates: New software can be installed remotely so that the systems are always up to date.
3. System adaptations: Buttons can be assigned new functions so that the system can be flexibly adapted to changing needs.
